What connects Kaprun with Hawaii? The Owlz & Bowlz will show you: The pop-up restaurant will serve classic poke bowls made with regional ingredients in summer 2023. Poke bowls originate from Hawaii and get their name from the cut and chopped ingredients called "poke". Prepared with regional, seasonal ingredients, the summer dish becomes an Austrian delight: organic Arctic char, Austrian vegetables, organic short-grain rice together with fresh fruits and Alpine herb marinade are transformed into a Hawaiian-Austrian fusion.
