Tour description
Nice tour with refreshment stop at Enzianhütte (during the day and in the evening) on a secured slope. Lighter variant throuh a wooded area.
The tour to the Ronachkopf is a scenic and easy route with panoramic views of the Schmittenhöhe, the Hohe Tauern and Zell am See.You can walk through the forest in the middle section if there is enough snow. This is easier than on the piste.
The innkeeper at the Enzianhütte treats hungry winter sports enthusiasts to local delicacies.
Depending on the snow situation, the tour can be enjoyed from the beginning of December to mid-April and still offers a snow-reliable descent down to the valley in spring.

Route description:
Along the piste until turning left into the forest. The last stretch is on the piste again. The Ronachkopf, with its special "summit cross" and a unique, beautiful view of the region, is reached shortly after the Enzianhütte.
Tips
The Enzian hut is daily open from mid December.
Recommended equipment
Always comply with warning signs, localized restrictions and closures. Ski touring equipment, helmet, second clothes (change of clothes at the hut). for the evening: head lamp!
