The "Freeride Glacier Camp" from 27 February to 2 March 2025 in Zell am See-Kaprun is aimed at all freeriders who don't like to go it alone or who want to improve their skills or broaden their horizon of experience. You will head into the high alpine terrain accompanied by two experienced, qualified, local ski guides of Freeride Experience. The locals know the best alternatives, such as the spectacular and relatively unknown downhill run to Niedernsill. The participants are divided into two groups so that everyone feels comfortable with their skills and can develop them further: Half a day of technique training as well as safety training are on the agenda on each of the three days.
The Kitzsteinhorn is the only glacier ski resort in SalzburgerLand and an absolute insider tip among freeriders. Five freeride routes guarantee brilliant powder downhill runs on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park: an absolutely outstanding experience!
In the evening, a diverse supporting programme awaits you with a hike by torchlight and wellness at the hotel.

During these three days, the focus is on enjoyment: as per usual, the guests will stay at the trendy 4-star lifestyle hotel "Active by Leitner's" in the middle of Kaprun. With its stylish rooms, alpine cuisine and modern SPA, the hotel is the perfect base camp for a cool weekend of activity and enjoyment.
